POWER HOUR events are donation-based group experience where we facilitate a multidimensional transmission across the primary layers of the incarnate energy system. Together, we will move through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, allowing the collective field to reveal the themes most ready for healing, recalibration, or alignment.

Each participant will also be invited to anchor a personal intention. This creates space for both individual and group-level transformation within the shared field.

Our physical body is deeply interconnected with more subtle layers of the bioenergetic system. Limitations we experience, whether physical discomfort, emotional patterns, mental loops, or spiritual disconnection, often reflect the same underlying distortion expressed across different layers.

There are multiple pathways to creating movement within these patterns. We can work through narrative by exploring stories, beliefs, and emotional imprints. We can also work directly with the mechanics of the body and energy system.

For example, self-expression is often processed through the throat and heart centers. Tension in the neck, shoulders, or chest may reflect suppressed expression, unspoken truth, or fear of being fully seen. This can be approached through mental reprogramming, emotional release, or by working directly with the physical and energetic structures holding that tension.

This Zoom session, which will be recorded, will guide you through each layer of the personality matrix and offer a structured yet intuitive transmission designed to create coherence across your system.
