"The Chef's Special" This is by far the most popular session. It is designed to be a full frequency upgrade. We go through a powerful protocol that upgrades your grids, clears stagnant energy, uninstalls limiting programs, reintegrates your organic coding, provides an overall energy tune-up, and activates Higher Self integration. Your Highest Self dictates what is received so we allow the protocol to be organic and dynamic. HEAL, UPGRADE, ACTIVATE, & ELEVATE!
**Please Note: Session time may vary in length. The minimum time will be about 80min. The goal is to get you where you need to be. Time is not relevant in the Zero Point field.

Utilizing a wide range of tools, techniques, and recipes TY-EL will help you to release limiting programs, stuck emotions, negative/stagnant energy, misalignments, and more. TY-EL works directly with your Highest Self to be guided through a process to bring your Spirit and Being into alignment. Spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical healing are all on the table.
TY-EL will help you to release what you are not and help align you to what you truly are; and that is already perfect. Activations, upgrades, and Light Code downloads are common.

Sometimes we just want to feel good! We often get caught up with constantly trying to heal, activate, and upgrade but there are times when we just want to feel pampered and empowered. This session will help to release stagnation from the field, align systems, tune-up systems, and bathe you in euphoric frequencies. This is a perfect session type if you are wanting to feel great before a big day like a job interview, wedding, or big event.
Energy Work
Concise Healing or Activation
This session can be used for any intention. We go straight into channeling coding and Light Linguistics. This is a great option if you already know what you'd like. Recommended for a specific area of healing or a specific type of activation but any intention is good to go.
Guidance
Coaching or Training
If you are like me, you likely love seeing from more perspectives. I thoroughly enjoy learning from others and taking in more data. This session type is perfect if you would like assistance with understanding ideas related to energy healing, quantum architecture, techniques, tools, etc. or if you simply have questions. This is your time and we are happy to assist you in any ways you are inspired!
